You’re Allowed To Slow Down
Every hour was packed: meetings, deadlines, tasks. I was always doing something.
One day, I sat in silence for five minutes and I realized I’d been running so fast, I hadn’t noticed how far I’d drifted from myself.
We don’t need to fill every second to be successful. We don’t have to prove our worth by how much we can squeeze into a day.
Rest is not laziness. It’s part of the process. It’s feeling connected to yourself, to others, to life. It’s waking up with purpose, not pressure.
Life isn’t a race. You are not behind.
So slow down, my friend.
