I’m In Control... Kind Of
It was Saturday morning, and I had big hopes. You know, the usual: catch up on work, clean the kitchen, sort out my inbox, maybe even figure out what crypto is.
But instead, I found myself staring at the wall, holding a cold cup of Doodh Patti: Pakistani Chai, and wondering where the morning went.
I felt overwhelmed. Everything I needed to do was floating around in my head and that’s when I remembered Kidlin’s Law: “If you write a problem down clearly, you’re halfway to solving it.” So I grabbed a pen and just started writing.
Nothing fancy: just a scrappy list: dishes, email, website, laundry. And suddenly, it all felt doable. Like I had some control again.
Writing things down didn’t solve everything, but it made my Saturday less stressful. It got me out of my head and into action.
